We understand that sometimes you may have a question or want to return an item for a refund so we've made the process as easy as possible.

When Will I Get My Order?

The timeline for delivery can vary depending on stock available and size of your order. Small items that are in stock we try to despatch from 24-72 hours and larger items that are in stock are aimed to be despatched between 2-7 working days. What Are Your Delivery Charges?

Shipping to mainland UK is absolutely Free. However, a surcharge for remote areas will be charged.

Do You Ship Overseas?

We have temporarily suspended all International delivery services on our website following the end of the Brexit transition. We endeavour to re-instate these options in the near future, once we have more clarity on costs, freight charges and procedures that may be applicable.

Can I Order Over The Phone Or Via Email?

While the best way to order is via our website, we can take orders over the phone, our customer service team will be happy to help. We are also able to process email orders that require a proforma invoice and/or need to be paid by BACS transfer.

Are Your Products Protected By Warranty?

Yes, all of our products are guaranteed for two years from the date of purchase.
